The role will involve managing multiple mechanical contracts, supporting project and site teams and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and in line with strict quality and compliance standards.This position suits an experienced mechanical professional with a strong background in pharmaceutical or life sciences environments who is comfortable managing complex installations and coordinating multiple stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the delivery of mechanical building services and process piping contracts from pre-construction through to completionOversee site teams, supervisors and subcontractors across multiple live projectsCoordinate with project managers, engineers and commercial teams to ensure efficient project deliveryMonitor programme, cost, variations and commercial performance of mechanical packagesEnsure mechanical and process piping installations comply with drawings, specifications and project standardsSupport procurement of mechanical subcontractors, specialist vendors, materials and plantMaintain strong communication with clients, consultants and internal stakeholdersPromote high standards of health, safety, quality and compliance across all projectsRequirementsDegree or trade background in Mechanical Engineering or Building ServicesProven experience working as a Mechanical Contracts Manager or in a senior mechanical management roleMechanical process piping experience essential, within pharmaceutical or life sciences projectsDemonstrated experience delivering work in regulated, quality-driven environmentsAbility to manage multiple contracts and site teams concurrentlyStrong commercial awareness and contract delivery knowledgeExcellent organisational and communication skillsPackageSalary €110,000 to €125,000 depending on experienceAdditional benefits discussed at interview stage
