Our client is a leading public-sector organisation headquartered in Dublin City Centre. They are looking to recruit a Corporate Finance Analyst on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is well suited to a recently qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CPA) with 3+ years' experience in corporate finance, deal advisory, transaction services, or a related financial discipline, who is eager to develop their career in a dynamic and commercially focused environment.Main Responsibilities:Analyse financial statements, forecasts and business plans; assess investment, funding, capital expenditure, acquisition and disposal proposals.Build and maintain financial models to support investment decisions, scenario analysis, valuations and strategic initiatives.Monitor financial performance against targets, KPIs and budgets, with a focus on profitability, cash flow, capital structure and value creation.Contribute to the development and evaluation of strategic initiatives, growth opportunities and operational improvements.Conduct industry, market and competitor analysis to inform recommendations and decision-making.Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather information, assess proposals and support decision processes.Prepare clear, concise and commercially focused reports and presentations for senior management and decision-makers.Maintain high standards of accuracy and diligence; manage multiple priorities effectively; continue professional development in corporate finance and related disciplines.Requirements:Professional accounting qualification ACCA/ACA/CPA or equivalentMinimum of 3 years' experience in a relevant financial, corporate finance, advisory or commercial finance role.Experience in professional services, investment analysis, infrastructure, utilities or large-scale organisations is an advantage.For more information please contact Simon Morris in Morgan McKinley via or LinkedIn Dm
