Role Overview We are seeking a talented individual with a strong foundation in digital marketing and a good understanding of graphic design to manage our internal and external communications.
In this role, you will be responsible for feeding our social media and website regularly, ensuring a consistent and strong communication strategy across all our centers and with potential parents.
You will also create visually appealing materials for our childcare services, including banners, flyers, general paperwork, and promotional materials for our camps and special services.
Key Responsibilities As our Social Media Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how our brand is perceived by parents and the community.
Your primary focus will be on digital marketing, where you will manage and regularly update our social media platforms and website with fresh, relevant content.
You will produce compelling copy and graphics that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our target audience.
Beyond digital marketing, you will utilize your graphic design skills to create high-quality visual content for both internal and external use.
This includes designing banners, flyers, brochures, and general administrative paperwork that align with our brand identity.
Additionally, you will be tasked with developing engaging promotional materials specifically tailored for our camps, internal and external events and communication across the company.
Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess a solid understanding of digital marketing principles and practical experience managing social media accounts and websites.
You must also have a proven track record in graphic design, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing your creative skills.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator, as well as Canva, is essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to effectively convey our brand's mission through compelling design and copy.
We are looking for someone who is deeply passionate about marketing and communication.
The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously is crucial.
While not mandatory, experience or a strong interest in the childcare or education sector is considered a significant advantage.
