Full‑time Spa Receptionist (5 shifts per week)
We are seeking an experienced full‑time Spa Receptionist to join our team for 5 shifts per week, working a variety of shifts including weekends.
What you'll do
liaise with all clients and hotel guests on the phone and face to face in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
deal with all check‑ins in a professional, efficient and courteous manner and ensure the client/guest is helped with any information they may require during their time in the Spa.
ensure each client/guest receives a memorable Spa experience from start to finish.
be knowledgeable on all Spa product and be able to upsell at every available opportunity.
maintain high Spa standards at all times.
carry out general Spa duties as required.
About you
At least 1 year Spa Reception/administration experience is desirable.
Must be guest focused with excellent communication skills.
Must present a professional image at all times.
Must be well organised.
Must have fluent English.
