Package on offer:
* Competitive salary starting at €36,000 per year plus a €17,000 OTE Uncapped

Key Responsibilities
* Meet and exceed individual and team KPI's
* Coordinating the sales team and assisting with the recruitment and training of new hires.
* Providing product demonstrations to staff.
* Monitoring sales team performance and scheduling training/refresher sessions accordingly.
* Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers that are built on trust and encouraging the rest of the sales team to follow this example.
* Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities and share findings with the team
* Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to share feedback and improve campaign performance
Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
* Proven track record of highly achieving sales.
* Minimum 3 years’ experience working in an inside sales ideally in a senior or team lead capacity.
* Experience using CRM systems is required
* Excel skills and a good working knowledge of MS Office required
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
* Ability to think on your feet.
* Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
* Ability to diagnose problems and find solutions.
* Strong degree of diplomacy and the ability to work with a range of different people.
