This role is critical in shaping platform architecture, ensuring best practices, and delivering scalable, secure, and business-aligned ServiceNow implementations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, from requirements gathering through design, build, testing, and deploymentDesign and own ServiceNow solution architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standardsProvide technical leadership across ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, or custom apps)Define architectural standards, governance, and best practices for the ServiceNow platformCollaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to translate business needs into technical solutionsOversee delivery of ServiceNow projects, ensuring quality, performance, scalability, and securityGuide and mentor developers and implementation teamsSupport integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and other integration patternsRequired QualificationsProven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Senior ServiceNow ConsultantStrong implementation experience delivering multiple ServiceNow projectsDeep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, platform capabilities, and data modelDemonstrated expertise in solution design and technical decision-makingHands-on experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs) and configurationExperience leading or contributing to project delivery in agile or hybrid environmentsServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD ) are highly desirableNice to HaveExperience with large-scale or enterprise ServiceNow deploymentsBackground in platform governance, performance optimization, and securityExperience working with cross-functional or global teams
