At Apleona, we have an exciting opportunity for a Soft Services Lead to work at a brand-new, state of the art Medical Devices facility in Kilkenny.
Overall Purpose of the Job
Accurately and efficiently coordinate the onsite facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations, including maintenance, caretaking, cleaning, and catering departments. The Soft Services Lead will also liaise closely with the client on daily operational matters.
Main duties and responsibilities
* Adopt commercial responsibility for the soft services account, ensuring financial objectives are met (account reconciliation, billing, and trending).
* Manage cost control and review costs with the aim of reducing expenses and achieving savings as per contractual glide path targets.
* Promote and deliver the company's aims to meet or exceed quality levels and customer support objectives.
* Lead a team of operatives, supporting hiring/selection, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, and development.
* Manage the soft services portfolio to ensure quality service delivery while maximizing efficiencies.
* Ensure service delivery is managed in line with SLA and KPIs.
Qualifications and Experience
* Previous experience in Facilities Management.
* Experience in cleaning/security functions is essential.
* Financial and budgetary experience is essential.
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.
