Cpl has an urgent requirement for an Administration Officer (Grade IV) to provide clerical support in a busy Public Sector department based in Blackpool, Cork.
1. 35 hours/week
2. Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
3. €19.57/hour
4. Temp Contract (3/4 months initially)
What you will be doing:
5. Inputting data into the database
6. Liaising with other departments obtaining files as required
7. Managing internal and external stakeholders
8. Maintaining Excel spreadsheets of activities
9. File preparation and uploading documents to the database
10. Assist the department with the roll out of a new internal system
What you will have:
11. At least 1 year of professional administration experience
12. Minute taking experience highly desirable
13. Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
15. High attention to detail and organisation
16. Tech/Systems Savy - experience working with a lot of systems
