Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Business Support Professional to join our team. As the primary point of contact for visitors and staff, you will provide exceptional service while managing daily administrative tasks with efficiency and professionalism.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage reception duties, including meeting and greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and maintaining the presentation of reception areas.
* Provide administrative support, including sorting and distributing mail, organizing courier services, catering management, and office supplies.
* Liaise with external service providers, including cleaning services, IT, and plant department, for equipment drop off and collection.
* Assist with procurement activities, travel management, and preparation of meeting rooms.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access).
* Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with ability to multitask efficiently.
* Good knowledge of travel bookings and management.
