Job Overview
Our organization is seeking a Project Director to oversee the planning, coordination, and monitoring of a new residential project in Meath. The successful candidate will have strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of contract documents.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and monitor project progress from initial planning through to final completion.
* Establish and maintain procedures with consultants, clients, and subcontractors for information flow, approvals, meetings, and reporting.
* Prepare detailed contract items lists and submittal registers.
* Manage procurement schedules and conduct construction document reviews.
* Operate and maintain company Safety & Quality Management Systems.
* Manage project close-out, including BCAR compliance documentation and as-built documentation.
Requirements
* Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar field.
* 5+ years of experience in Residential Construction Project Management.
* Familiarity with Irish Standards for external utility providers.
* Competent in Technical Submittals and AutoCAD software.
