IAM Project Manager - Cybersecurity role at McKesson. McKesson is an impact-driven, Fortune 10 company that supports healthcare. This role focuses on project management for the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Cybersecurity portfolio, including both existing projects and upcoming initiatives. Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and risk management are required to manage programs in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
* Spearhead the planning, execution, and monitoring of IAM cybersecurity programs to ensure on-time delivery, defined scope, and alignment with objectives and regulatory requirements.
* Develop and manage comprehensive project budgets; monitor expenditures, track variances, and implement corrective actions to maintain budgetary control.
* Lead resource allocation across IAM cybersecurity projects; balance constraints to ensure optimal utilization.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; integrate risk management into program planning and execution.
* Foster strong stakeholder engagement; provide regular status updates on project progress, risks, and achievements.
* Implement metrics and performance indicators to monitor project effectiveness; report outcomes to leadership and identify areas for improvement.
What We’re Looking For
Basic / Required Qualifications
* Proven experience in Cybersecurity IAM portfolio and program management.
* Strong knowledge of the NIST/NICE framework and its application in cybersecurity program management.
* 4+ years of professional cybersecurity project management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
* 6+ years of diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people management.
* Effective leadership, training, and presentation skills; experience leading multiple, diverse teams.
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects; ability to develop budgets and manage expenses.
* Strategic thinking with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation; strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders; strong management of planning, organizing, leading, and measuring service-driven teams.
* Mentorship and guidance on professional judgment and cybersecurity ethics.
Education
* Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field is required. Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP) are preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
McKesson offers a Total Rewards package with comprehensive benefits supporting physical, mental, and financial well-being. Compensation depends on performance, experience, skills, equity, and market factors. Base pay shown below; additional compensation such as annual bonus or long-term incentives may be available.
Base Pay Range: €53,300 - €88,800
