About Us
PipaDx is building the next-generation platform for women's health diagnostics—combining smart wearable sensing (smart underwear, pads, uroflowmetry, smart toilet systems), in-clinic services, at-home testing, and AI-powered clinical decision support. We are creating a vertically integrated ecosystem spanning gynaecology, pelvic floor health, urology, menstrual disorders, incontinence, fertility, menopause, and women's preventive care.
We are expanding in Ireland, the US, UK, and internationally (Middle East & Japan) and now seeking a visionary Gynaecologist (OB-GYN) to join as an early Founder.
Role Purpose
This is not a traditional clinical job. As a Founder OB-GYN, you will shape the clinical direction, evidence base, and standards of care of a company redefining how women access and experience diagnostic healthcare.
You will help architect innovative models of care that combine:
Smart diagnostics
AI-enabled triage and clinical decision-support
Hybrid physical + virtual women's health clinics
Novel pathways for menstrual disorders, pelvic pain, incontinence, and reproductive health, fertility
Clinical-grade validation, trials, publications, and regulatory strategy
Your expertise will directly influence product IP, clinical study design, partnerships, and scaling.
What You Will Lead
1. Clinical Leadership & Care Pathway Design
Define the diagnostic and clinical workflows for menstrual health, pelvic pain, endometriosis, menopause, incontinence, uro-gynae issues, fertility, and sexual health.
Translate unmet needs into product requirements for our engineering and AI teams.
Develop new care models integrating home diagnostics, digital triage and clinic-based interventions.
Supervise ethics submissions, trial protocols, patient recruitment, and outcome analysis.
Support publication strategy in peer-reviewed journals.
1. Regulatory Strategy & Clinical Safety
Advise on clinical safety, risk management
1. Product Innovation & IP
Provide clinical insight for patent development around:
Diagnostics
Smart sensors
Uroflowmetry
Menstrual and vaginal testing
AI model
Review prototype performance and suggest improvements.
1. Clinical Partnerships & Network Building
Establish relationships with hospitals, women's health clinics, urogynaecology units, fertility centres, universities and research bodies.
Represent PipaDx in conferences, symposia, advisory panels and innovation boards.
1. Thought Leadership & Advocacy
Be the clinical face of the company to investors, governments, regulators, and strategic partners.
Shape national and international conversations on diagnostics, pelvic floor care, incontinence, menstrual health, and early detection.
What We're Looking For
Essential
Consultant-level Gynaecologist / OB-GYN (CCT/CESR/CSP Specialist Registration or equivalent)
Minimum 7–10 years post-training clinical experience
Expertise in one or more of:
Urogynaecology
Pelvic floor dysfunction
Menstrual disorders & heavy bleeding
Menopause
Reproductive endocrinology
Chronic pelvic pain & endometriosis
Demonstrated interest in innovation, digital health, medical devices or clinical research
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to translate clinical problems into product opportunities
Willingness to join an early-stage venture and shape strategy
Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration and co-founder mindset
Desirable
Experience with clinical trials, ethics boards, or medical device validation
Publications in women's health, urogynaecology or reproductive science
Familiarity with reimbursement systems
Experience working with product or R&D teams
Interest in women's health globally (GCC, UK UK, Japan, US)
