Responsibilities:
* Develop project strategies and manage resources effectively, working closely with the Engineering team to create comprehensive project designs.
* Prepare detailed project budgets and monitor financial performance to ensure successful delivery within allocated targets.
* Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
* Establish a collaborative work environment by assigning tasks, offering support, and promoting open communication among team members.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, preferably in construction, manufacturing, MEP, or data center environments.
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from initiation to completion.
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Desirable: Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA).
