As Manna's Group Financial Accountant, you'll be at the heart of our financial operations as we expand across global markets. This isn't just about keeping the books—it's about using financial insights to fuel our growth strategy and help shape the future of our company. Working directly with the Head of Finance, you'll have visibility across the entire business and play a key role in our success story. We're looking for someone who brings both technical financial accounting excellence and the adaptability to help all Finance Operations scale as we extend our footprint.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting & Analysis· Own the end-to-end monthly reporting cycle, driving continuous improvement. · Prepare monthly management accounts that highlight opportunities, not just results. · Support annual budgets, multi-year forecasts, and trading updates. · Present insights to the Head of Finance and contribute to executive reporting. · Develop financial roadmaps to support Manna's growth and strategic decision-making.Financial & Strategic Operations· Lead day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, treasury, and outsourced payroll. · Redesign processes and implement systems to improve efficiency across the business. · Champion smarter, data-driven financial decision-making company-wide. · Manage working capital and deliver robust short- and long-term cash flow forecasts. · Strengthen internal controls and continuously improve financial processes.Compliance & Governance· Ensure compliance while supporting a fast-paced, scaling environment. · Coordinate with external auditors to ensure smooth and efficient audits. · Navigate financial regulations in ways that enable, not hinder, growth. · Support the tax function with accurate data and input to help optimise tax outcomes.Requirements· Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent) with 2+ years post-qualification experience. · Strong financial accounting experience with a solid technical foundation. · Ready to step up as the #2 in the finance team with ownership of significant responsibilities. · Expert in month-end processes and preparing statutory accounts that tell a clear story. · Advanced Excel skills (used for genuinely interesting challenges). · Vision to help scale Finance Operations as Manna grows globally. · Sharp analytical thinker with a practical, solutions-focused mindset. · Strong people manager who enjoys developing and empowering team members. · Brings a "no task too big or too small" attitude. · Motivated by impact and driven by continuous improvement. · Thrives in fast-paced environments, balancing multiple priorities with ease. · Known for a "find a way" attitude and positive, motivating energy.
