Responsibilities
1. Oversee daily operations of corporate catering division, ensuring top-tier service, food quality, and presentation
2. Lead and manage team of chefs, front-of-house staff, and support personnel
3. Foster strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their unique needs
4. Manage financial aspects of business, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards
6. Monitor and maintain high levels of client satisfaction
7. Implement training programs and foster staff development
8. Collaborate with senior management team to strategise and drive business growth initiatives
Requirements
* Proven experience in senior management role within luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, or high-end catering
* Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and guide diverse team
* Exceptional organisational and communication skills, keen eye for detail
* Solid financial management skills, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting
* In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations within catering and hospitality industry
