Your Responsibilities:
* Oversee operations of the Events, ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained at all times.
* Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
* Ensure all areas are compliant with health and safety regulations, company policies, and local laws.
* Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain operational efficiency.
* Handle guest complaints, concerns, and feedback professionally and efficiently, ensuring a positive resolution.
* Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that values teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Hospitality Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role in a hospitality or customer service setting.
* Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and manage high-pressure situations effectively.
* A deep understanding of hospitality operations, including customer service, budgeting, and staffing.
* Passion for creating exceptional experiences for both guests and staff.
* Flexibility and availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
Requirements:
* Must have the right to work in Ireland
* Manual Handling and Food Safety level 2, certificate.
