We are looking for a Pastry Chef/Baker to join our kitchen team.The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in food and befamiliar with our concept and ethos. We are a farm-to-forkrestaurant emphasising seasonal produce. The idealcandidate will be a team player, and will work closely wth Sylvain Cotswana, our head chef, who started his career as a celebrated pastry chef.You will be responsible forOperate and manage the pastry section of a kitchen, working together with our head chef, Sylvain Cotswana and his teamPrepare a variety of baked goodsDecorate and present pastries and baked goods in a tasteful and beautiful wayMonitor and order ingredients, supplies and equipmentWorking within the service on certain daysEnsure the bakery section of the kitchen adheres to health and safety regulationsIdentify staffing needs, help to recruit new personnel and train themJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €15.00-€18.00 per hourExpected hours: 16 – 24 per weekBenefits:On-site parkingStore discountWork Location: In person
