About the Role Working in the Member Services Team, we are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys supporting people and can bring a warm, engaging, and friendly approach to every member interaction. Key Responsibilities Delivering excellent service to members across a range of areas including new members, day-to-day banking, budget, and current accounts. Responding to member queries with care, professionalism, and efficiency. Processing member requests and updating account information. Providing clear and helpful information about credit union products and services. Supporting front-of-house member enquiries. Ensuring compliance with AML legislation, regulations, and internal policies. The ideal candidate will be. Member focused, friendly with an excellent telephone manner. Experience working in a frontline role with the public - credit union or similar financial institution experience would be an advantage but not essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Computer literate (MS Excel and Office Suite). Excellent analytical & decision-making skills. Ability to work to deadlines and can prioritise tasks. Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset. Qualifications: The successful candidate will be expected to meet minimum competency requirements as set out by the Central Bank Guidelines (QFA/CUA(Loans)/APA in Loans/Pathways CU Diploma/ACCUP).
