On behalf of our Telecommunications client, we are hiring aCommercial Contract Managerto join their team in Dublin.Main Responsibilities:Take charge of management and operations from aspects including commercial models/clauses/risks/competition concerning customersDesign commercial solutions, reply to commercial bids, and draft contractsAct as a chief negotiator for sales contract, assume responsibilities for negotiation tactics production and implementation, and establish partnerships with customers medium/senior-level managersEstablish strong relationships with the full sales team and provide strong proactive commercial/contractual guidance, Monitor the execution of company process in project operation and optimize the process in accordance with business and internal control requirementOrganize all the functions (Solution/Delivery/Finance/Legal) to identify assumptions & risks, develop risk mitigation plans in the pre-sales phase and then manage the risk and any disputes during post-contract phaseTracking, analysis, administration of conditions and obligations of the contract to ensure contract compliance, identify and manage the change opportunity during the in-life contract management phaseRequirements:Four years+ of contract management experience in relevant position. Working in ICT vendors will be preferred.Comprehensive understanding/deep knowledge of contracts terms and clauses (e.g.: payment terms, trade terms, taxation, business models, currency risk control, guarantees, penalties, liabilities, project planning milestones & principles, quotation principles, warranty conditions, IPR etc).Ability and experience in understanding customers' needs and business objectives in order to achieve the desired solutionsExcellent communication and presentation skills, able to communicate with all levels of internal and external parties. Ability to work under pressure, fast learner, high energy, self-driven and not afraid to take responsibilities.Dynamic personality and ability to work effectively and flexibly in a multicultural environment.Bachelor degree or higher in international trade, accounting, law or relevant from an accredited universityFluent in English, Good command of MS office suites including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. skillsGet in touch today
