Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary company secretarial contact for a portfolio of clients.
- Attend meetings and produce high-quality minutes to tight deadlines.
- Manage annual compliance and ensure statutory filing obligations are met.
- Maintain statutory books and manage a high volume of files.
- Mentor junior members of the team and collaborate with colleagues.
- Provide a high level of client service.
Skills and Requirements: - Min.
three years of relevant experience.
- ICSA qualification is ideal but not essential.
- Superb eye for detail and highly organised.
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and takes ownership for delivery.
- Highly client-focused and a collaborative team player.
- Confident in abilities and enjoys the work.
