Overview
Join our Customer Success team as we expand to enhance customer engagement and drive retention and growth. We're looking for product-focused professionals to help customers maximise value from Bright's flagship products.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Engagement: Engage with customers across all stages of their journey with Bright
* Pre-Sales Support: Assist customers during the pre-sales phase of the sales cycle
* Onboarding: Help customers successfully onboard onto our products
* Product Adoption: Guide customers to achieve full product adoption and maximum value
* Customer Advocacy: Drive customer retention, growth, and advocacy
* Sales Coordination: Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities and coordinate with sales colleagues
* Solution Discussions: Confidently discuss customer needs and potential solutions
