To support growth and expansion, we are currently recruiting a full‑time Multi‑site Facilities Manager to join our team primarily based in Cork.Note: This is a multi‑site role covering five sites right throughout Ireland.Working pattern: Monday to Friday from 9:00-17:00.18‑month Fixed‑term ContractMain duties and responsibilities:Provide strong leadership and build a positive team cultureManage people day‑to‑day with regular feedback and resource planningBudgeting, invoicing, and H&S responsibility for all sites under their managementImplement strategic goals, KPIs, and objectivesAttend tier meetings, own facilities actions, and close them on timeResolve issues promptly to support operationsOversee site procedures, non‑conformances, and corrective actionsReview work orders and carry out preventative maintenanceCoordinate contractors and ensure compliance with site requirementsManage shift patterns, holiday cover, and overtimeConduct performance reviews and support continuous improvementKeep clients informed and uphold excellent customer serviceAd hoc duties as requested by the line managerQualifications and Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance or facilities within a regulated environmentStrong financial, systems, and process understandingExcellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skillsExcellent PC skills, including Word/Excel/PowerPoint, and projectSuitable experience in Health and Safety, and environmental issuesStrong communication and customer service focusSelf‑motivated with a drive for continuous improvement
