The purpose of this role is to spearhead the strategic direction of HR in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* Oversee the management and development of a dedicated team comprising two HR Managers and multiple HR Assistants
* Develop, implement, and execute the company's HR strategy aligned with business objectives
* Evaluate employee relations, industrial relations, and union negotiations to inform decision-making
Key Qualifications
Candidates must possess extensive experience in senior HR roles within manufacturing or industrial environments. They should also have a proven track record in industrial relations and collaboration with trade unions.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in managing and developing multi-tiered HR teams
* An in-depth understanding of employment law and regulations
