Qualifications:
10. QQI Fetac Level 5 in Healthcare Support or similar - all modules are mandatory
11. Eligible to work in Ireland
12. Min. 6 months experience working as a healthcare assistant in Ireland
Requirements for agency care staff:
13. Positive attitude
14. Recent experience in working in healthcare environment
15. Ability to take initiative
16. Excellent communication skills
17. Provide high quality healthcare to ensure patient safety and work within scope of practice at all times
18. Patient reporting in a timely manner and maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation
19. Participate as a team member in all aspects of resident's/patient care.
20. Show motivation and assume responsibility for professional self-development including presenting up-to-date compliance documents
21. Following policies, protocols and guidelines in accordance with healthcare facilities
