Our client, a market leading employer in the motor sector, based in Limerick, has an immediate opening for a full-time Parts Coordinator to join their team.

The Role:
·The Parts Coordinator will be responsible for accepting and verifying stock deliveries, storing stock items in the correct location and providing the correct part for internal and external customers.
·This role will also involve ordering stock from suppliers, maintaining accurate sales and returns documentation, handling all returns, discounts, cash and credit transactions in accordance with company policy.
·Other responsibilities include liaising with the Parts Manager regularly on stock movements and sales activity, assisting with marketing initiatives including merchandising displays and special promotions etc.
·The ideal candidate will operate at all times in accordance with company security policy, advise, guide and train junior parts staff where necessary and liaise with Parts Manager, Service Staff, Sales Staff and Accounts/Administration Staff.
·Additionally, this role involves maximising profitability on all transactions, maintaining optimum level of stocking, ensuring all records are completed accurately and timely, orders are placed on a timely basis, deliveries are dealt with speedily, customers, telephone calls and other staff members are dealt with speedily and courteously.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
·Previous Parts Advisor/ After Sales experience
·Prior experience in the motor industry would be a distinct advantage
·Initiative-taking professional with excellent customer service skills
·Team Player
·Strong interpersonal, written and communication skills
The Offer:
This position is a permanent role with salary depending on candidate skills and experience but expected base salary of up to €28K - €32K per annum, and the opportunity to work in a wonderful team environment.
Hours of work – Onsite in Limerick -9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
