Sim Local is an entrepreneurial company which creates problem-solving travel technology brands. We are the global leader in travel SIM card and eSIM retail. SIM Local is one of the world’s largest mobile connectivity providers in the travel sector with offices in Dublin, London and New York.
The Role
We are seeking someone to join our night shifts for UK/IE time zones. The available shifts are from 5pm to 2am (Colombia, Peru, Ecuador Time). We require availability for working weekends and bank holidays.
Key Responsibilities
* Enforce high service standards.
* Handle complaints and provide resolutions.
* Develop and maintain good working relationships with Retail, Operations, Sales and other functions, plus any external stakeholders.
* Work closely with the Head of Operations and Customer Service Manager, to create a strategy to enhance the current team’s capability and skills.
* Proactively analysing, assessing and interpreting operational performance statistics, completing a regular commentary, detailing the overall department performance, successes and identified opportunities.
What skills do I need?
* Customer-focused with problem-solving skills.
* Strong people management and adaptability.
* Excellent communication and attention to detail.
* Highly computer literate.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and spoken; ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the business, proven experience in leading people through change as well as driving the strategy for change.
* Speaking one of these languages is a plus: German, French, Dutch
