Job Summary: Druid is seeking a Vice President of the Healthcare Vertical at Druid Software, who will play a key leadership role in expanding Druids presence within the Healthcare sector globally.
They will be responsible for expanding sales of our leading-edge 4 G/5 G wireless core platform, which includes features such as private cellular networking, roaming, neutral host, and MEC.
Our technology platform is a highly specialised software product deployed globally in complex, business- and mission-critical environments.
As we continue to grow our presence in vertical markets, we are looking for someone who is passionate about driving innovation in Healthcare through private 5 G technology.
The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for driving growth by identifying and nurturing key relationships within hospitals, healthcare providers, and medical technology partners, developing strategic partnerships, and showcasing the unique value of the Raemis platform for mission-critical use cases in the healthcare domain This is an opportunity to work with a company of pioneers in the private networking space and help accelerate digital transformation for Healthcare around the world.
Duties include: Take ownership of the Healthcare vertical globally, developing and executing a strategic growth plan.
Identify and engage with key healthcare companies, OEMs, and system integrators across hospitals, healthcare providers, and medical technology partners.
Maintain responsibility for achieving vertical-specific sales metrics.
Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to align offerings with market needs and regulatory requirements in the Healthcare domain.
Contribute to the development of targeted vertical marketing collateral and go-to-market strategies.
Educate internal stakeholders on Healthcare trends and use cases to ensure consistent and informed messaging.
Develop high-value relationships with industry bodies, analysts, and ecosystem partners.
Guide the creation of solution briefs, case studies, and sales enablement tools focused on the healthcare market.
Key performance Indicators for the role: Revenue growth and market penetration in the Healthcare vertical.
Delivery of sales targets aligned with corporate objectives.

Essential Criteria: A minimum of five years experience selling or delivering technology solutions into the Healthcare sector.
College degree or relevant qualification in engineering, IT, or business.
Demonstrated understanding of mission-critical operations in Healthcare and how private 4 G/5 G enhances reliability, safety, and efficiency.
Proven ability to articulate and present complex value propositions to technical and executive audiences.
