Finance Professional Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised finance professional to join our team in Carrigtwohill.
Main Responsibilities:
* Process customer and supplier invoices
* Generate supplier payment runs
* Liaise with customers to resolve any issues
* Credit Control: Process all payments, bank lodgements, monthly bank account reconciliation, credit card reconciliation, and preparation of bi-monthly VAT returns
* Process Vies/Intrastat and assist with processing monthly journals on system
* Maintain multicurrency exchange rates and accurate filing system
* Liaison with auditors and preparation of files for auditors
Requirements:
* Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
* Excellent organisational skills to maintain tight deadlines
* Positive attitude
* Able to work on own initiative but also as part of a team
* Adaptable with strong attention to detail
