Key Responsibilities Coordinate labor, materials, and subcontractors.
Lead the team to meet project deadlines and requirements.
Prepare progress and site reports.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Maintain high-quality mechanical installations.
Conduct weekly toolbox talks.
Monitor health & safety for staff and subcontractors.
Review and improve working practices regularly.
Requirements Mechanical Engineering degree or Mechanical trade background.
3+ years in a supervisory role.
Data Centre project experience is a plus.
Previous work with an M&E contractor in Ireland or the UK.
EU passport required.
Benefits €75,000€85,000 (based on experience).
Living Away Allowance (on top of salary).
