Armont Recruitment have partnered with a well-established medical business seeking an experienced accounts assistant to join their finance team based in south Dublin on a part time basis. Reporting to the Financial Controller the successful candidate will focus on bookkeeping, bank reconciliations and accounts payable within this finance close-knit team. The role will suit an experienced accounts assistant or accounts administrator seeking a new role within a flexible and friendly medical business. The Role Provide support to the finance team on regular bookkeeping tasks Bank reconciliations and cashflow Bank payments Posting and reconciling bank Other ad hoc duties across the Finance team The Candidate Minimum of 3 years experience in a busy office environment Excellent proficiency in MS Office suite and IT systems (strong on Excel) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail The Rewards Salary range, €40,000 to €44,000 (pro rata) Flexible part time working Additional benefits Parking Skills: Accounts Payable Accounts Assistant Bookkeeping
