Role Overview:
Seeking an
AVI Support Engineer
to join the product management team.
The role involves supporting and managing the
Avi Vantage Platform
, working closely with customers and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer requirements and coordinate with engineering teams.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and document solutions.
Report and prioritize product issues.
Create and maintain knowledge base articles.
Act as Subject Matter Expert for Avi deployments and integrations (e.g., vSphere, ESXi, NSX).
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of networking layers (L4–L7) and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of web technologies (HTTP, HTML, JavaScript).
Familiarity with networking components (Routing, Switching, Firewall, TCP/IP).
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Plus:
Experience with Linux, REST APIs, Python, or Java.
