ResponsibilitiesExecute brand strategy and tactics in the field to drive sales performance and manage assigned territory and targeted accounts.Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, and financial targets/marketing objectives to meet or exceed goals.Create pre-call plans and conduct post-call evaluations to continuously improve performance; handle objections and drive logical, reasonable calls to action to close.Build trusted customer relationships by proactively serving customer needs and expectations and achieving win‑win agreements.Develop and execute call plans to meet call metrics and optimize coverage/frequency for key customers.Continuously develop market intelligence (customer needs, territory landscape, competitors, segments/dynamics, accounts, disease, product, clinical and sales expertise) and share it with internal teams to align and optimize brand strategy.Differentiate the value proposition with assigned health providers; identify, develop, and maintain disease‑state experts and speakers/advocates to maximize brand performance.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in health/sciences/pharmacy/business preferred; or relevant and equivalent industry experience required.In lieu of a bachelor’s degree: at least 5 years pharmaceutical/health/science experience (3+ years preferred); high school diploma/GED required.Proven leadership success; solid presentation skills; strong business acumen and strategic/critical thinking.Ability to adapt selling approach based on customer behavior; effective in a matrix environment.Preferred: sales success within respective therapeutic areas; physician/account‑based selling, training, managed healthcare, or marketing experience.Preferred: in‑depth scientific/therapeutic/product/competitive knowledge and recognized as an expert resource.Preferred: English proficiency verbally and in writing (for non‑English speaking countries).Satisfy HCIR credentialing requirements to gain/maintain entry to assigned territory facilities (may include background checks, drug screens, immunization/vaccination proof, fingerprinting, etc.).Valid driver’s license; ability to pass pre‑employment drug screening and meet safe driving requirements.BenefitsPaid time off (vacation, holidays, sick), medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) for eligible employees.Eligible for short‑term incentive programs.Job RequirementsField‑based role; candidates should live within a reasonable distance of the primary city.
