The Personal Assistant will ensure the efficient and smooth running of the day-to-day operations.
This role will suit a steady and adaptable individual with excellent time management, attention to detail and ability to multitask.
GPC is a specialist recruitment consultancy seeking an experienced Personal Assistant for our Sandyford office (just off the M50, near the Green Luas Line).
As Personal Assistant you will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office and support the management team.
Responsibilities: As Personal Assistant you will support the MD and the management team with day to day administration duties.
Prepare expense reports.
Accounts / Bookkeeping Coordinate advertising and marketing (including LinkedIn).
Organise and prioritise workload to maximise efficiency Assist with onboarding new employees and HR admin (annual leave, sick leave, reviews) Requirements: Level 8/9 Degree 7+ years experience as Personal Assistant, Office Manager, Executive Assistant / Office Administrator in Ireland.
Strong office administration and management experience Excellent attention to detail and communication skills Highly organised, proactive, able to manage multiple tasks Have a sense of urgency.
