As a core contributor of the team, you align the needs of clients in the market, as well as the price and position of our products.Job ResponsibilitiesConducts comprehensive pricing analysis to evaluate market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and client behaviorPerforms market research to understand the local needs and requirements for product improvementsDevelops and maintains a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively tailor collateral to specific marketsCommunicates regulatory guidelines to Product Managers to ensure our products meet risk and compliance requirements and are delivered on timeAdvises on the available standards, methods, tools, and applications relevant to the regulatory environment to ensure our products meet all necessary risk and compliance checksRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsExperience or equivalent expertise in Product, Technology, or Project ManagementStrong understanding of risk management and controls, regional and local nuances, and governance requirementsProven ability to comprehend and interpret market regulatory requirements to confirm and secure required market approvals and operational requirementsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsExperience developing and/or managing payments products in the European Economic Area (EEA)Experience with commercial card issuing and/or merchant acquiring businessesStrong written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to structure messaging based on audience, including clients, external partners and senior regional managementSelf-starter; ability to drive results in a highly matrixed environmentABOUT USJ.P.
