Reporting to the Technical Manager, this position will be responsible for managing a team of 3 people.Key Responsibilities:Manage and implement Policy and Technical standards according to regulatory and customer requirements to ensure that the Quality Management System is regularly reviewed and is subject to continual improvementResponsible for implementing the necessary systems and procedures to monitor, validate, and ensure integrity, quality, consistency, and complianceEnsure the company is aware of legislative and customer constraints on the businessEnsure all products produced are of the highest Safety and Quality standards and according to agreed customer specifications and policies.Monitor the effectiveness of the operation through the analysis of customer complaints, accreditation status, microbial monitoring performance, supplier appraisal, contractor's reports etc.Plan, conduct and monitor the testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product qualityDevelop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventative actionsAssist with all finished product specifications to ensure they are completed according to customer requirements and legislative guidelinesAssist and support Internal and External Audits across all shiftsSupport Product Innovation and manage and support all technical requirements to bring a product from ideation to launchManagement of all customer websites and ensuring information on the databases are accurate and up to date.
