About the Role:

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting residents in all activities of daily living, promoting social interaction, and acting as an advocate for their needs and wishes.

Responsibilities:

* Supporting residents in activities of daily living, such as personal care, medication management, and mobility assistance.

* Promoting social interaction and community engagement through various activities and events.

* Acting as an advocate for residents, ensuring their needs and wishes are respected and represented.

* Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to relevant staff members.

* Demonstrating excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with flexibility and commitment to providing high-quality care.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

* A Certificate in Healthcare Support or equivalent qualification.

* Experience working in the Intellectual Disability/Mental Health sector (desirable).

* A Full Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.

* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
