Job Overview
The Manufacturing Technician plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert support for process and product development projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes.
* Ensure effective communication with internal stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and suppliers, to align on key deliverables and timelines.
* Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing contingency plans to mitigate their impact.
* Support the resolution of Non-Conformities (NCRs), Non-Conformance Certificates (NCCs), and Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) initiatives, driving root cause analysis and effective corrective actions.
* Contribute to supplier validation and risk management activities, working closely with key suppliers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Review and assess process changes, ensuring that they meet product quality and business requirements.
* Compile capital authorization requests, providing clear justifications and alternative options to support informed decision-making.
* Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promoting effective collaboration and open communication.
* Collaborate with production and manufacturing teams at key suppliers to drive process improvements and develop new products.
* Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
* Possess a relevant Level 8 qualification in Science or Engineering.
* Hold experience in Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) environments.
* Demonstrate good planning and organizational skills, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
