The Role:The Head of Campaigns and Community Fundraising is a senior leadership role within Pieta's fundraising team. You will drive significant, sustainable income growth by leading national campaigns (including Darkness into Light) and community fundraising, ensuring they are deeply donor-centric and strategically aligned to Pieta's mission.Working in close partnership with the Director of Fundraising & Marketing and the Head of Supporter Engagement (Individual Giving & Digital), you will provide thought leadership, strategic direction, and product / campaign development to maximise Pieta's largest supporter base and drive multi-million-euro income.This role is for someone who can see the big picture, build innovative fundraising propositions, and inspire communities and supporters to make a lasting impact.Pieta is undergoing a period of significant transformation, making this an especially exciting time to join.
