In this role, you'll combine your communication skills with your sales experience to deliver outstanding customer support — while maximising opportunities to grow business and exceed targets.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with healthcare customers by phone and email, understanding their needs and ensuring a positive customer experience.Provide knowledgeable advice on our product range, helping customers make informed decisions that best meet their requirements.Maximise sales performance by continually meeting individual and team targets, increasing order values, and driving revenue through effective upselling and cross-selling — always in a customer-focused, consultative manner.Manage both incoming and outgoing calls to support customers, resolve queries, and identify opportunities to add value.Handle repeat and new customer interactions, ensuring prompt and accurate order processing and payment collection.Prepare quotes, process orders, and ensure customer information is accurate and up to date.Maintain awareness of market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback, sharing insights with the wider team to enhance service delivery and business growth.What We're Looking ForMin 2 years sales experience: in tele-sales, retail sales or customer service (healthcare experience an advantage).A friendly, confident, and professional phone manner with a genuine passion for helping customers.Strong attention to detail with excellent administrative and IT skills.Great organisational and multitasking abilities with strong time management.A proactive attitude, able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.A results-driven mindset, motivated by achieving and exceeding sales goals.
