About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Support and Maintenance Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical coordination, field service, or maintenance planning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for support escalations and maintenance scheduling
* Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with internal teams and service partners
* Log and manage support tickets using helpdesk software
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts usage
* Communicate updates to customers, partners, and internal teams
* Escalate complex issues to technical support and engineering
* Generate reports on service KPIs and downtime metrics
* Schedule and coordinate inventory tracking for spare parts and tools
Requirements:
* 2+ years in technical coordination, field service, or maintenance planning
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Experience with ticketing/helpdesk systems (e.g., Freshdesk, Zoho Desk)
* Clear communication and customer service skills
* Able to understand technical documentation and service reports
