Senior Analyst Structured Credit – Dublin (S&P Global Ratings)Showing 6 Senior Analyst Structured Credit jobs in DublinAbout the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 11. The team focuses on credit ratings of structured products backed by pools of assets, mainly CLOs. You will report to the Analytical Manager, Structured Finance and collaborate with experienced industry specialists. The Impact: Join the Structured Finance Ratings group as a Senior Analyst. You will enhance analytical excellence and provide relevant, insightful analysis. Responsibilities include undertaking analysis for the Structured Credit team. Top performers may work across other asset classes and assume greater accountabilities. What you stand to Gain: You will gain exposure to CLOs, SMEs, and repack structures. You should be comfortable with quantitative analysis and problem solving. You will work in a dynamic team, deepen your knowledge at a leading credit ratings company, and may participate in Company Data Science initiatives. Responsibilities:Ownership of a portfolio of credits, mainly CLOs.Work with analysts to provide research and analysis for the Structured Finance team.Analyse data and review documentation for the analytical team.Conduct analyses on complex SF transactions with risk factor identification, measurement, and presentation.Independently prepare and present analysis and recommendations to credit committees.Proactive participation in ratings committees.Review and run cash flow models.Undertake research in support of S&P Global Ratings published commentaries.Understand and implement S&P policies.Lead special projects within Structured Finance as appropriate.What we're looking for:Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Business, Finance, Economics or related subject. Postgraduate studies/CFA qualification possible.Relevant industry experience in securitization and/or CLO, credit analysis or related fields.3–6 years of analytical work experience in financial services.Demonstrable analytical work experience with data management and interpretation.Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-changing, global, regulated environment.Proactive team player with willingness to learn and analytical mindset.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Fluent in English (written and verbal); another European language desirable.Good/advanced knowledge of Python and/or R desirable.All employees are required to work from the office a minimum of 2 days per week.Recruitment Note: Final-stage candidates must attend at least one in-person interview at the nearest S&P Global Ratings office.
