We're looking for the creative force behind our product demonstrations. Reporting directly to the Head of Presales, you'll work hand-in-hand with the entire presales team, playing a direct role in our most important sales opportunities.
This isn't about clicking through features; it's about telling a compelling story. Your mission will be to design demos that show how our BSS platform is the engine behind the next wave of AI-driven customer experiences. You'll craft the narratives that connect our technology to real-world business results, showcasing everything from AI Agents to seamless digital interactions. Think of yourself as the director: you create the vision and guide a technical team to bring it to life.
QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* Industry Experience: 5+ years in a strategic BSS/telecom role (Presales, Consulting, Product Marketing).
* Deep BSS Knowledge: You genuinely understand processes like Quote-to-Cash and Order-to-Activate.
* CX & AI Vision: You can clearly connect core systems to modern CX strategies involving AI, chatbots, and loyalty.
* Clear Leadership: Proven ability to guide a technical team from a strategic vision to a finished solution.
* Exceptional Communication: You can articulate complex ideas with clarity and impact to any audience.
JOB DESCRIPTION
* Design the Experience: You'll architect our demos, mapping out how to best showcase the link between core BSS functions and the amazing customer experiences they power.
* Craft the Narrative: You will create and standardize the key stories we tell about our platform, making it clear that a strong BSS foundation is essential for true digital transformation.
* Collaborate with Product Teams: You'll work closely with product management to understand the roadmap and weave the latest innovations into your demo narratives.
* Guide the Build: You'll define the scope and flow for each demo, then work with our technical team to ensure they execute your vision perfectly.
* Empower the Sales Team: You'll equip your presales colleagues with consistent, high-impact demo scripts and stories that resonate with executive-level buyers.
