VNTA is opening an Operator-in-Residence (Trial) engagement — a short-term, trial-based collaboration for someone who wants direct exposure to founder-adjacent work inside an early-stage studio.
This is not a traditional job and not a guaranteed path to long-term involvement.
Structure & compensation (important)
* No salary
* No hourly pay
* No fixed hours
This is a commission-based, outcome-aligned, independent contractor role.
Hours are fully flexible and self-directed.
If you're primarily looking for a salaried or hourly position, this role will not be a fit.
What this involves
* Supporting VNTA core operations and active houses
* Managing email, admin, and operational follow-through
* Outreach to potential clients and coordination of sales calls
* Running and maintaining content across social channels
* Contributing in self-selected areas (ops, marketing, product, tech, etc.)
* Workload varies — some weeks are quiet, others move fast.
