Cpl HR recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a Permanent HR Analyst.
The position is based in Dublin city, on a hybrid working model.
Roles and responsibilities will include:
1. Ownership of HR Information Systems, completing monthly audits and analysis of the systems
2. Design and deliver people-related reports and dashboards for regular and ad-hoc reporting including monthly reports
3. Ensure data accuracy through assessments, troubleshooting, and escalation of HR data issues
4. Develop new reporting dashboards and tools, adding value to the HR team and wider organisation
5. Review and analyse budgets and financial expenditure across the People Function
6. Lead projects aligned with the People strategy from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery
7. Troubleshoot and analyze issues to determine resolution with support from our vendor
8. Run and circulate monthly reports to the business where required
9. Compile monthly HR KPIs for the Executive team
Experience and skills required:
1. 4+ Years experience in an HR Analytical role
2. Ability to effectively prioritise and complete key tasks and deliverables with a high attention to detail.
3. Organised approach to work
4. Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Teams experience desirable
5. Strong written, verbal, numerical skills, and attention to detail
