HR Graduate Role
We are seeking an HR graduate to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
* Provide essential support to the implementation of global initiatives, including talent management, culture and engagement, talent acquisition and development.
* Offer ongoing support to HR operationally in production sites or agri networks.
* Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including new hires, leaves of absence, contractual changes and leavers.
* Prepare and present HR reporting packs and insight analysis for HR management to summarise trends and actions required.
* Support employee onboarding, including induction documentation and coordination of probation reporting.
Requirements
* A high academic record in HR or Business with a minimum of a 2.2 honours degree.
* HR internship experience is advantageous.
* Ambition to progress successfully in a career in HR in a challenging environment.
