This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside top-tier partners on complex, high-value transactions for major domestic and international clients across retail, logistics, finance, and investment sectors.About the TeamThe Real Estate Division is one of the firm's largest and most successful practice areas, with over 200 professionals across multiple jurisdictions. The Dublin team currently includes 5 partners and approximately 18 other fee earners, advising on a wide spectrum of real estate and commercial property matters.Key ResponsibilitiesManage matters involving the roll-out of leases for major retail clients, leveraging advanced legal technology and collaborating with the firm's paralegal and junior lawyer teams.Advise on inward property investments including office developments, logistics parks, and shopping centres.Support the firm's Finance team in connection with secured lending transactions and property-backed finance.Work collaboratively within a cohesive and supportive team to deliver complex and high-value projects to the highest professional standard.Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring exceptional client service delivery.Key Requirements:Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience in Real Estate.Proven ability to manage transactions independently with limited supervision.Strong drafting skills and attention to detail in preparing leases, contracts, and related documentation.Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with confidence in engaging with clients, agents, and other professionals.A motivated, solutions-driven, and commercially aware mindset.Strong organisational ability and efficiency in managing multiple deadlines across varied matters.What's on OfferExposure to high-profile property transactions and international real estate investments.A collaborative team culture with opportunities for growth and progression.Competitive remuneration and benefits commensurate with experience.To ApplyPlease send your CV in confidence toDavid Danagher BLat or call for a confidential conversation.
