Armont Recruitment have partnered with a globally recognised medical organisation seeking an ambitious QA Manager & Responsible Person (RP) to join their dynamic and rapidly growing team based in north Dublin.

The Role
* Manage and lead the quality function.
* Address and resolve queries, issues and escalations related to quality operations.
* Oversee the creation, maintenance and compliance of SOPs, controlled documents and training programmes.
* Develop, mentor, and manage the QA team, supporting performance, capability building and long‑term progression.
* Perform risk assessments, coordinate licensing activities, and contribute to the rollout of new business initiatives.
* Review and enhance the Quality Management System to ensure ongoing compliance and effectiveness.
* Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic quality matters and organisational priorities.
The Candidate
* Must be a Certified Responsible Person (RP)
* 5+ years' experience within a quality related role (pharmaceutical or medical industry preferred)
* Bachelor's degree in science related discipline (preferred)
* Leadership and management experience
* Strong technical quality and regulatory affairs knowledge
