About the Role
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Sales Office operation and achieving performance levels and sales targets. Your new role involves growing revenue through direct selling and account management, personally and with the office team.
* Manage costs and identify efficiencies
* Coach and develop staff, manage high performance, and manage underperformance
* Lead and manage the performance of Sales Executives and Advisors
You will target customer segments in multiple sectors and develop prospecting strategies to maximise penetration. Establish a programme of 1-1s to set targets, review performance, and identify development needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prospecting, lead generation, time and territory management, and call activity, conversion rates, follow-up renewals, and referrals
Requirements:
* CIP qualification
* Proven track record in sales, relationship management, and people management
* In-depth knowledge of sales processes
A full clean driving licence is required. The successful candidate will contribute to the successful achievement of objectives at a regional level, including sales targets and loss ratios.
