FP&A & Strategic Finance Manager | Aircraft Leasing | Shannon
A dynamic aviation finance platform is looking to appoint a FP&A & Strategic Finance Manager to play a key role within its Shannon-based team.
This is a senior, commercially focused position with responsibility for shaping financial planning, driving insight, and supporting strategic decision-making at leadership level. The role offers broad exposure across the business and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to performance and long-term direction.
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles
Lead the development and enhancement of complex financial models to support strategic and investment decisions
Deliver high-quality scenario analysis, providing clear recommendations to senior leadership
Provide in-depth analysis of financial performance, identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities
Act as a trusted finance partner across the business, influencing commercial and operational decisions
Play a key role in evolving FP&A capabilities, including reporting, processes, and data-driven insight
Profile
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with 7+ years’ PQE
Strong track record in FP&A, strategic finance, or commercially focused finance roles
Advanced financial modelling capability, with experience supporting complex decision-making
Commercially astute, with the ability to challenge, influence, and add value beyond the numbers
Confident communicator, experienced in engaging and advising senior stakeholders
Experience in aviation, leasing, or asset-backed finance is advantageous
