About Us
We operate and maintain over 1,200 kilometers of motorway as well as the Dublin Tunnel & Jack Lynch Tunnel.

We are responsible for delivering comprehensive services including routine and preventive maintenance, asset renewals, and upgrades, in alignment with health, safety, and environmental standards.
We coordinate with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with ISO-certified management systems, managing risks, optimizing asset performance, and implementing sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of operations.
We oversee the safety documentation, change control processes, and ensure that all activities align with Transport Infrastructure Ireland's (TII) goals for efficiency, resilience, and sustainability.
The position requires compliance with ethical codes, internal rules, local regulations, and health and safety rules for Egis Road and Tunnel Operation activities.

About the Role

* Manage day-to-day finance functions.
* Responsible for all financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and report results to stakeholders.
* Maintain proper accounts and financial records using Oracle and a bespoke document management tool.
* Review and prepare monthly reconciliations and associated financial reports.
* Ensure delivery of statutory, regulatory, customer, and business requirements.
* Lead and develop the finance team.
* Ensure tax compliance, coordinate with tax advisors and authorities.
* Assist the Project Management Office in creating and managing forecasts and budgets.
* Gather and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.


Required Skills and Qualifications

* Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
* 5-8 years experience of leading a Finance Department.
* Proficient in maintaining proper accounts and financial records.
* Experienced in preparing annual accounts for external audit.
* Experience with compiling budgets and forecasts for various departments.
* Experience managing cash flow day to day and cash flow projections.
